Healthy is the new sexy
Health Starts Here Campaign and Rating System
Frank & Victor provided brand consultation, communication strategy, identity design, and campaign design to support Whole Foods Market’s roll out of Health Starts Here, an in-store program helping customers make the healthiest shopping decisions possible.
The identity was informed by the program’s pillars: putting plants at the center of the plate, opting for whole grains, building flavor without excess salt and sugar, and prioritizing healthy fats from whole food sources.
To support the Health Starts Here rollout, we created an in-store “Pick-up Line” poster campaign, visual design for the three-tiered rating system, shelf talkers, blades, recipe cards, supporting signage, and program overview documentation for in-store teams.

Whole Foods Market’s Southwest Region called on Frank & Victor to help introduce a program to promote locally grown, raised, and produced items. We started by developing a campaign strategy to generate awareness about the freshness, flavor, and economic benefits of buying local. We then designed a visual brand identity, followed by an in-store poster campaign, shelf talkers, blades, banners, maps, supporting signage, and program overview documentation for in-store team members.
